By accessing or using TaxChain Crypto ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at TaxChain Crypto.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. THE SERVICE

TaxChain Crypto provides a suite of blockchain intelligence APIs including wallet analysis, gas monitoring, arbitrage detection, tax reporting, NFT tools, and related services. All data is sourced from public blockchain networks.

TaxChain Crypto is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, transfer, or have access to any cryptocurrency funds or private keys.

2. API ACCESS & KEYS

Upon subscribing, you will receive an API key granting access to all 13 modules. You agree to:

• Keep your API key confidential and not share it with third parties
• Use the API only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape excessively, or abuse rate limits
• Not resell or sublicense API access without written permission

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms without refund.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

TaxChain Crypto is billed at £99/month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use TaxChain Crypto to:

• Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Harass, stalk, or target individuals based on their wallet activity
• Circumvent sanctions or regulatory requirements
• Build competing products using our API without prior agreement
• Conduct automated attacks or denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure

5. DATA & ACCURACY

All data provided by TaxChain Crypto is sourced from public blockchains and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.

Nothing on TaxChain Crypto constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important data independently before making financial decisions.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TaxChain Crypto is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial decisions based on our data
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Smart contract exploits, gas estimation errors, or price oracle variations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, APIs, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of TaxChain Crypto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own purposes during your subscription period.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TaxChain Crypto is operated as an independent API platform. These terms apply to all users of TaxChain Crypto.live and its associated API services.
